By making a reservation with Ameli Travel Agency, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings

All booking requests are subject to availability. Once your request is received, we will contact you to confirm the details of your reservation.

Payment

No payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is arranged after confirmation and can be made in person or by card, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure are free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount.

In case of a no-show, the full amount may be charged.

Pickup & Timing

Pickup is organized at your accommodation or an agreed meeting point. Guests are required to be ready at the scheduled time. Delays caused by late arrival of guests may affect the tour.

Changes & Availability

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or timing due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or border delays.

Liability

Ameli Travel Agency is not responsible for delays, changes, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or border crossing conditions.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Privacy Policy

Ameli Travel Agency collects personal information such as name, email address, and phone number solely for the purpose of processing and managing your booking.

Your data will be used only to communicate with you regarding your reservation and will not be shared with third parties, except when necessary to provide the requested service.

All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
